From that we agree on what to do and in what order. We stay alongside you through the implementation. The work does not stop when the plan is agreed.

Review and Analysis LENS

LENS is an AI-assisted review built for businesses where qualified people review complex documents under time pressure and the quality of that review matters. It applies a complete, codified review process to every file. Nothing is skipped. Nothing depends on who runs it on the day.

It surfaces what matters, explains why it matters, and produces a structured, evidence-referenced output. The qualified person reviews the findings and decides what happens next. Every time.

In a live deployment, LENS is surfacing patterns that are easy to miss when you are working file by file under time pressure. Not because experienced reviewers are not good. Because no individual can hold the full picture across every file at once. LENS can.

Workshops and Training

Practical, hands-on AI training for businesses and their teams. Participants build something real. Designed for people doing the work now, not slides and theory.

Governance and Oversight

A practice with over 1,000+ clients knew AI was coming and wanted to get it right. They came to us with one question: what do we need to do?

We started by understanding the business. The people, the processes, the commercial pressures, and what the practice actually needed to look like in two years. That took time. It was the right place to start.

From that foundation we built a clear path forward. An AI-assisted review is already live. A two-year implementation plan is in progress covering the full picture: systems, processes, training, and change management.
